Fall at the Beach

This weekend, my side of the family all headed down to Rehoboth Beach. It was a spectacular day at the beach. Cool, but warm in the sun. Taffe was loving the breeze and ocean air.

Exploring the sand was a riot! He was fascinated by the texture and by the fact that he could pick it up... and put it in his mouth.

When we came back from the beach, cousin Charlie was there. Taffe couldn't wait to get his hands on him!

Charlie was not such a fan of being man-handled by Taffe. Taffe found it hilarious. The 8 week age difference gives Taffe the upper-hand now, but Taffe needs to realize that Charlie is bigger than him!

There he goes again! Swiping Charlie's pumpkin right out of his hands! We're still working on the whole "sharing" thing.

The morning play time is always a great time for some snuggles and good talks. Here are the boys with grandma. Notice that Charlie has a nice grip on Taffe... perhaps, to keep tabs on where he is?

After lots of good play time with the cousins, it was time to say goodbye. We believe that that Charlie is attempting to give a hug to show his forgiveness for Taffe's older cousin behavior.

Thanks for the fun memories, family!
