Choo choo!
Always nice to see dad during the day... especially if it invloves a ride on the train! Taffe was fascinated with the train. Up and down, on and off, until it started to move. The 2nd lap around I saw the worry lines on T's face. Maybe he was just worried he'd never get off? Alas, I see many more train rides in our future.

Hanging with my Friends
We started off the sunny day with snack with friends. I couldn't believe they all sat there so nicely! Taffe, Belle, Carter and Reagan look like BIG kids!

In the afternoon, we had more sunshine with Charlie. Lots of love given all around, including a kiss between the cousins!

Look at how adorable Charlie is in his UVA ballcap! Taffe was a bit jealous of his cousin's style and tried to swipe the hat a few times.

Milwaukee!
Taffe and I headed to the great state of Wisconsin where he met cousins, aunties and his great-grandma Buscia. He LOVED his cousins, Lilly, Anna, and Emma. They had him laughing uncontrollably.

We ate dinner with Rachel and Janet. Taffe loved meeting mom's cousins!

We visited with Buscia at the nursing home. He just loved it there! He had so much attention and huge halls to wander around.

Taffe and his grandma and her sisters. Taffe's great aunties provided lots of entertainment for him.

And who knew the bathroom n the hotel would give him so much to explore?

Been Around the World...
Actually, just New England, which was quite a significant trip. 10 days, stops in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New York, with several hours spent in the car. Christopher was with us on the weekends, which still gave us our longest time apart from dad ever.
Doing laundry with Papa.
After a weekend in CT, we drove up to Aunt Pam's in Hampton Falls, NH. We were in the country, and it was wonderful. I could let Taffe run around without fear of him going into the street. Cousin Frank even brought down the roller coaster out of the barn. Taffe was in heaven.
Taffe met his first dog, Lucky whom he LOVED. And cousin Megan also introduced him to guinea pigs which Taffe patted quite aggressively.
Taffe and I with the Conants. Taffe had no idea he had so many cousins!
Taffe with his Grandpa Ernie's memorial bench.
There was a covered bridge and a farm right up the road. Taffe loved just walking and exploring without having to hold my hand.
After a few days in NH, we headed back down to CT to meet Uncle Tim. Taffe found a new obsession... Easter eggs. He took them out of the display and wasn't too keen on putting them back.
