Yes, a bar.  Doesn't seem right.

Six Months and Making a Move!

Six Months!  Mae Ruth is an excellent roller. So good she can clearly get across the floor which is a bit dangerous when left attended as I prep dinner.  In the 2nd picture, I had left her on the mat, and came back to find her all the way by the white coach. Get ready brothers!

Concert

The little ones and I watch T perform at his VBS concert.... well, not really perform as much as stand there in a mesmerized state.  It was priceless.  K was rocking out to the music next to me, while our "performer" didn't sing one word. We would get an occasional smile or kiss from Taffe, at which point I'd encourage him to go back to his spot and sing.
No singing, but finally, some movement.  Best buds S&T doing a high five.

Boys of the Beach

Another trip to the beach, but this trip had the added bonus of cousins and Aunt CeCe coming.  Despite rain, the boys had a blast together.  The big boys created all sorts games together, and would disappear for lengths of time. The little boys both loved being with "Baby Mae" and took turns being the happiest and cuddliest boys of the beach.

Mae Ruth eats!

She liked it!  In fact, I think she was starving.  She always seems to want more, and she gets so excited about her new form of food.  Let's hope she is this excited about food when she is 2 yrs old... :)

Trek to Kingston

Our annual trek up to Kingston, NY was fun and memorable as always.  Mae Ruth had her first taste of cabin life, and we experienced our first big trip as a family of 5.  Beyond our family of 5, were the cousins, grandparents, great aunts and uncles; it was wonderfully wild. Kingston and Mae Ruth enjoyed getting lots of attention from adults whereas  Taffe just wanted to be with his big cousins, nonstop.  He just loved that his cousin were over in cabin 3, we hardly saw him for the week!
