Despite the craziness...

We are still having a great time, in between the trips to Home Depot and calls to every service person possible. This picture is after Taffe discovered the joy of running through a sprinkler.

Water and sand table = double the fun! thanks Aunt Wendi and Uncle Kasey! I can't wait for the beach!!!

zoo time... checking out the orangutang with Cardin.

And making sure Cardin knows she is one of my girlfriends, too.

The Love Train

This afternoon we trekked out to Burke Lake Park for Cooper's 2nd birthday. He was a great birthday boy. He even took all of his friends on the train and carousel. What a sweet boy!
Cooper had a cute train t-shirt to go with his fun train theme.
Taffe was pretty into the train... but he was really into McKenna P.
The Kissing Bandit is unstoppable. He has certainly learned that everybody loves kisses, and he gives them incessantly. We are loving receiving his perfect kisses, and we can't get enough of him kissing his "girlfriends." McKenna P. was the lucky lady today!

Once is not enough!!

Before the Chaos...

We went up to Lancaster, PA to visit Auntie Niki before the arrival boy #3 in less than 2 weeks. Taffe fit right in with the boys with hi shaggy hair, or "lettuce" (as NOAH calls it). It was a true test to see how Finley will be with a baby brother. Colson, of course, was amazing with Taffe, whereas Finley was not too into how Taffe "plays" trains.
Finley in his Captains coat with future brother showing off a little bit! Niki looks fantastic.
We can't wait to meet S.S. Hunt!!!

Graduation!

Not Taffe's graduation from kindergarten (thank goodness!) but my gradation with my Masters. I officially have a Masters of the Arts in English with a concentration in Linguistics. I really could not have completed this degree without the support from my family. Thank you!
Christopher, you had no idea what you were getting into! I was applying to programs when we met and you had no idea you would get to enjoy the next 4 years of my Masters career. Thank you for you never ending support and love!
It was tough to study and work full time, but way harder to study with this little ball of energy running around!

Oh yes, and we have moved on from blowing kisses to full on smackers right on the lips! Look how Charlie is leaning in for the kiss!

It was a big night, and Charlie and Taffe did their best to watch the program. Evidently, Taffe would watch when the audience clapped and as soon as it was silent he would start clapping very loudly!
Me and my little man... so cool he was there to see me at this big event. One day I will be watching him do some Pomp and Circumstance! I get teary just thinking about it!

Packin' it all in

Over at 705 N. Abingdon St, we have been very busy packing, freecycling, donating, and cleaning. Oh, the cleaning. It seems endless, but we know it will be all worth it when we move in late June.

Taffe has been a rockstar during the packing process. He loves boxes and he loves Home Depot (he blows kisses to the employees) so he thinks this is all great fun. Who knows what we'll find when we unpack, as Taffe likes to "help" pack random objects in the boxes.

15 months and Fabulous!

Taffe is 15 months, and growing just perfectly! Well, he's still a skinny-mini (still 5%), but we have some great news! Taffe is now in the 25% for height! Yay!!!! He is also in the 45% for head. Yes, some of that head circumfrence is because of his full head of hair.Taffe was full of energy at the doctor's office. He even zoom-zoomed his cars with Dr. Lee. And when he got his shots, there were screams, yet he paused his crying to wave bye-bye. Little man is growing up!
