It's hard to sum up a trip to the most magical place! We had such a wonderful time experiencing Disney through the eyes of a 3.5 year old. Very early on, we learned that the plans could be tossed aside, as Taffe and Kingston's showed us exactly what would make their day.

Mickey Mouse sometimes left surprises for good sleepers.
We had no idea that Taffe would be so enthralled with meeting characters. The anticipation of meeting Mickey Mouse was unbelievable.
 |
| "I can see Mickey!" |
Even Kingston was pretty curious about the characters. He got excited every time he saw a picture or the real character walking about.
The only thing more interesting than meeting a character, even Minnie Mouse... is a ball.
 |
| Kingston saw the ball props and was on a mission to get one! |
Taffe was definitely keeping tabs on which characters he saw, as he told us seriously after day 1, "But I didn't see Pluto." We just about leaped across the line to find him on our next Magic Kingdom day!
We kind of fell into the groove of "meet & greets," so we were surprised when the big boy completely shut down when it came time to meet Cinderella and Peter Pan! Only the stars of his 2 favorite movies! Must be something to do with them being real people?!

Yes, that is Taffe hiding inside the stroller.
Not one peep was said to his favorite Peter Pan!
|
One of the boys favorite parts of the trip was taking the boat back and forth. |
Can you imagine? A restaurant with a train going through it!
In between hugs with Mice and Ducks etc., we did manage to go on some rides! The race cars was one of Taffe's favorites.
 |
| "Grandpa can't catch me!" |
Kingston pretty much liked all the rides, but the Magic Carpet and Dumbo were the best!
Our favorite food spot had "live" entertainment which consisted of an alien singing, and the boys loved it. We ate there multiple times!
Catching the parades and shows were also a big hit. Characters that they have never seen before were as fascinating as some of their favorites!
Kingston was really into dancing at the "Street Party"
Taffe went on his very first roller coaster...
According to Taffe, he made this face:
So we were a bit shocked when he wanted to go on the ride again!
After meeting so many characters, Taffe started to get more created with his meetings. He showed Woody how he is on his water bottle.
And for some reason, he showed Buzz his Magic Kingdom map. It was too cute!
Waiting to see Pooh and Tigger... yay! BIG hugs!
Inside Bruce the shark's mouth!
Phew, I am exhausted! What a great trip!
