Don't I look like...

Chace Crawford, star of the hit tv series, Gossip Girl? Just wondering.

Irish Festival

As Taffe is 53% Irish, we took him down to the Alexandira Irish Festival. Both dad and Taffe wore their green! Taffe LOVED the bagpipes as they paraded in. He couldn't stop kicking his feet to the music.
It was very hot in the noon day sun, so we spent some time playing under the trees. A favorite past time of Taffe's is hitting and grabbing noses. Who knew a nose was so fun?

Swinging Together!

Today was one of the most beautiful summer days; perfect for a long stroll with Charlie and Aunt Ceci over to Lacey Woods park. It was Taffe's first time in a playground swing and he was a little unsure about the whole swinging operation.

Charlie absolutely loves the swing and was beaming the whole time!

Taffe was much happier once he could do his rolling around on the blanket. He actually kept trying to grab his little(well younger at least!) cousin's toes.

Shop Boy

Taffe and I really are kindred spirits. He loves to shop. Doesn't matter what we are buying, he loves the interacting with the sales people and looking at everything. Today we shopped with Cardin and Emily. Cardin kept loking over and trying to chat it up with Taffe. Of course, he rewarded her with huge smiles. Oh, young love!

Sitting Tall

These days Taffe is really doing his sitting! He still needs a little support, as he will slowly topple over after a bit. Taffe likes to sit and then move to his belly and then roll to his back. Quite the mover and he is so proud of himself! Sitting upright has been interesting with his reflux and new diet of solid foods...orange carrots, peaches and sweet potatoes everywhere!

Camryn and Samantha

Taffe finally got to meet the Dutrow twins, Camryn and Samantha. They are so lively and so different from one another. Samantha explored everything while Camryn was more of an observer.
Taffe rolled over to Camryn and just looked at her! Is it young love?

Mr. Mom

This weekend was the very first time that I left Taffe and that Christopher had him all to himself overnight. They had a boys weekend involving lots of walks, swimming, new toys, and a surprise poop in the baby pool. While I missed Taffe terribly, the boys survived just fine without me.
